I will listen attentively to your feelings, experiences, and concerns in a non-judgmental safe space for you to express yourself. I will respond with genuine empathy! If you need to vent, be heard, and understood. I will be there to support you through your life challenges. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, and develop coping strategies. Every session is customized for each client. This service is client-centered to provide support towards personal growth, healing, and well-being. As a life coach, I can help you bring clarity to your thoughts, identify barriers and obstacles that may be a setback, and help you develop and strategize a plan to turn your dreams into reality by achieving goals. Cancellation Policy

AFTER 10 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SESSION YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE AND SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR ANOTHER TIME SLOT AND SESSION All appointments begin and end on time in order to maintain our schedule. If the treatment does not start on time due to client tardiness, the coaching time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still be required to pay full price. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a cancellation.
